I-EA-T Academy was established under the policy of the Ministry of Industry to enhance the potential of personnel in Thailand's industrial sector.
It supports technological and industrial changes, addresses the shortage of highly skilled labor, and resolves skill mismatches between workforce skills and labor market needs.
The focus is on developing in-depth training courses, building industry collaboration networks,
and promoting both domestic and international education, including developing digital platforms to serve as a sustainable
center for labor information and training.
